When I arrived at the Complex, Erik Miller was throwing a live batting practice on Ashburn Field.  I only saw about a dozen pitches.  It looked like he was throwing 3/4 arm slot, but a few appeared to be over the top.  He looked good, can’t wait to see more.

Stott, Lee Sang, and Sanchez were on Schmidt Field, shagging during batting practice.  Just as their group was called to hit, some rain began to fall, what we called a sun shower up north.  The coaches called practice just as the rain stopped.  Stott, Lee Sang, and Sanchez were in the group that was about to take BP.  Dang. Clearwater (10-3, 46-33)  beat St. Lucie, 5-3.

Colton Eastman pitched six innings and allowed 2 runs on 7 hits.  He walked 2 and struck out 3 on 82 pitches, 55 strikes (67.1%).  Austin Ross gave up a run in one inning of relief.  Luis Carrasco struck out 2 and walked one in a scoreless inning.  Zach Warren picked up his fourth save.
