Update:  Posso was released during 2016 Spring Training on March 28, 2016.  He was a victim of the increasing depth at catcher in the organization.  In fact he had started only 5 games at catcher in 2015 while making 29 starts at first base.  He spent 2016 playing in the Amwerican Association of independent ball.
