Here’s a new Phillies Discussion.
I’m going to be unavailable for a while (hopefully no more than a week), so here’s a clean discussion.
Transactions – The domestic minor league player limit is 175 players through the offseason. After expected free agent declarations, player activations from the 60- and full season injury lists, a handful of free agent signings, and a couple of waiver claims, the Phillies have 38 players on their roster, 159 players on the stateside minor league rosters, and 39 players in the DSL.
