Mike Drago is a sports writer for the Reading Eagle.  He canvasses other sports writers, bloggers, broadcasters, etc. who follow the Phillies’ affiliates for their top 20 prospects toward the end of each season.

He uses a weighted system, assigning a point value to each positional ranking (20 for first, 19 for second, …).
