I’ve noticed a lot of reaction to the season Luis Garcia is having.  I did try to get y’all to temper your expectations regarding Garcia.  It was never fair of anyone to expect him to rise through the organization like a Ronald Acuna.  Garcia is talented in his own right and will develop in his own time. Clearwater (16-19, 52-49)  split with Bradenton, winning 2-1 and losing 4-1.

Game One:  Julian Garcia pitched six innings and gave up one run on 3 hits and a walk.  He struck out five.  Tyler Carr threw a perfect inning with a strike out for his second save.  The Threshers scored a run in the second inning on a force out.  They took the lead on Madison Stokes’ solo HR (10) in the fourth.  Stokes went 2-3 with 2 runs scored.  The Threshers had just 5 hits.
