Dean Anna, 31, Signed as a free agent in 2018; .259/.345/.315 in 269PA: 0HR 21RBI; 2/6SB; 8%BB/12%K; .303 vs LHP; .237 vs RHP; .274 in June; 60 games at SS with 4 errors (.982); 2 games at 2B with 1 error; Has been solid all season, however he is what he is at this stage.
Trevor Plouffe, 32, SIgned as a free agent in 2018; .214/.316/.400 in 171PA: 6HR 20RBI;1SB; 13%BB/26%K; .255 vs LHP; .20 vs RHP; ;224 in June; 16 games at 2B without an erro;r 7 games at 3B without an error; 6 games at 1B without an error; Plouffe is extremely versatile but has struggled with the bat after joining the organization in mid April. With over 3000 major league PA’s, more is expected.

Malquin Canelo, 23, Signed as a free agent in 2011; .256/.325/.398 in 280PA; 6HR 19RBI; 13SB; 9%BB/21%K; .292 vs LHP; .247 vs RHP; .237 in June; 60 games at SS with 13 errors (.954); 6 games at 2B with 1 error (.960); Improvement over his 2017 in Reading but still needs to improve a notch before moving up.
Heiker Meneses, 27, SIgned as a free agent in 2018; .167/.264/.167 in 112PA between Lehigh Valley and Reading; 0HR 5RBI; .143 vs LHP; .180 vs RHP; .148 in June; 10%BB/22%K; 20 games at 2B with 2 errors (.978); 11 games at SS with one error; Has been organization filler this season with next to no production.
Drew Stankiewicz, 25, Phils 11th round pick in 2014; Hitting .125 in 26PA; 7 games at 2B with 2 errors (.941); Stankiewicz was just recently activated after spending the first two plus months on the DL. He should see regular time as the Fightins 2B moving forward.
Emmanuel Marrero, 25, Phils 7th round pick in 2014; .190/.268/.270 in 114PA; 2HR 10RBI; 10%BB/30%K; 26 games at 2B with 2 errors (.983); 4 games at SS with 1 error; Wasnt doing much before being placed on the DL.
Clearwater
Raul Rivas, 21, Signed as a free agent in 2014; .264/.297/.333 in 184PA: 1HR 15RBI; 4/7SB; 4%BB/18%K; .179 vs LHP; .305 vs RHP; .364 in June; 34 games at 2B with 3 errors (.979); 13 games at 3B without an error; Rivas is having a good season, thus far and is progressing nicely.
Arquimedes Gamboa, 20, SIgned as a free agent in 2015; .261/.350/.350 in 259PA: 1HR 20RBI; 5/7SB; 11%BB/19%K; .246 vs LHP; .270 vs RHP; .278 in June; 55 games at SS with 5 errors (.965); Gamboa has been solid and the talent, particularly with the glove is evident.
Jose Gomez, 21, Acquired from Colorado in 2017; .230/.266/.262 in 196PA: 1HR 14RBI; 4SB; 4%BB/15%K; .236 vs LHP; .225 vs RHP; .313 in June; 19 games at 2B with 3 errors (.958); 10 games at SS with 1 error (.977); 22 games at 3B with 3 errors (.946); A very mediocre season. Much more is expected from Gomez.
Brian Mims, 22, Phils 22nd round pick in 2017; Hitting .158 in 19AB; 0HR 2RBI; 1SB; 4 games at 2B without an error; 2 games at 3B without an error; Just recently activated and not much to speak of thus far.
Lakewood
Daniel Brito, 20, SIgned as a free agent in 2014; .242/.307/.348 in 233PA; 3HR 20RBI; 8SB; 8%BB/19%K; .241 vs LHP; .242 vs RHP; .298 in June; 60 games at 2B with 2 errors (.993); Brito, in his second season playing for Lakewood has been extremely solid with the glove and coming around with the bat in June.
Nick Maton, 21, Phils 7th round pick in 2017; .266/.322/.415 in 234PA; 5HR 23RBI; 3SB; 8%BB/20%K; .276 vs LHP; .262 vs RHP; .250 in June; 55 games at SS with 10 errors (.956); 3 games at 2B without an error. Maton is putting together a solid year and should be ready for Clearwater by the last month of the season.

Jose Gomez…..do not quite understand Mayo/Callis’ MLB.com ranking Jose at 17 in the Phillies top 30. Maybe i am missing something.
Gomez had 2 excellent years in the GCL and SAL with the Rockies hitting well over .300 which earned him the ranking in the MLB.com’s list. He hasn’t performed as well after being traded to the Phillies though. Is it the player or the organization or both?
