The first week of 2018 was another quiet hot stove week for Phillies fans.

The Phillies finally announce some previously reported transactions and extend a first round of invitations to major league spring training.

The Phillies signed an 18-year old New Zealand pitcher.

Several young Phillies prospects attended the Rookie Career Development Program.

A Phillies big leaguer got in to trouble during the winter league playoffs.
