The Phillies reached the All-Star break in third place in the NL East Division.  They have a 49-43 record and are 8.5 games behind the first-place NY Mets.  They trail second-place Atlanta by 6.0 games.  They are 5.5 games ahead of the fourth-place Miami Marlins. Tuesday, the Phillies start a two-game series in Canada against the Toronto Blue Jays.  Canada still has travel restrictions in place that prevent unvaccinated people from entering their country.  It will be interesting to see who among the Phillies’ active roster cannot make the trip.
