Clearwater Threshers(15-21) beat the Daytona Tortugas, 7-1, and took the series from the division’s first place team.  The Threshers received great pitching again tonight.  This time Bailey Falter held the turtles at bay.  

Falter throws a fastball, change up, and curve ball.  His curve is his out pitch.  It is very good.  It is his favorite pitch.  Tonight, he used all of his pitches effectively, keeping the Daytona batters off balance, and striking out a career high 11 batters.
