Florida State League All-Stars Announced

The Clearwater Threshers will have four representatives in this year’s All-Star game.

Infielder Fidel Hernandez, Outfielder Dominic Brown, Utility Player Tim Kennelly (who earned it as catcher) and starting pitcher Yohan Flande will represent the team in Ft. Myers.

  3. i cant believe fidel hernandez and his .280 OBP and .600 OPS made it, thats pretty bad haha

  4. Fidel Hernandez looks iffy on an All-Star team, but remember this is a 12 team league and each roster draws from a mere six team division. Justin Jackson might have an argument, but three other teams are playing worse hitting shortstops than Hernandez. Daytona’s Starlin Castro is the only division SS with a decent batting record and he is on the roster as well.
