Lehigh Valley (15-16) Lost to Columbus, 7-1 when they couldn’t make a first inning run hold up.  Jake Thompson lasted five innings and threw 101 pitches.  A Tommy Joseph error in the fourth opened the gate to four unearned runs.  Seve Gonzalez tacked on three more runs for good measure.  Offense only managed five hits, Taylor Featherston and Nick Williams had two each.  Featherston hit a solo home run in the first.
