The Phillies reached the All-Star break in third place in the NL East Division.  Three games into the second half, they have dropped a 3-game series to the lowly Chicago Cubs.  AT HOME.  WITH THEIR ROTATION PROPERLY RESTED.  They have dropped to a 49-46 record and are at least a full game behind the St. Louis Cardinals for the third wild card.  Continue reading Halfway Plus Three →
