Phuture Phillies 2019 Reader Poll #8 – JoJo Romero

JoJo Romero was your selection as the #8 prospect in the Phillies’ organization.

Phuture Phillies 2019 Reader Poll #7 – Mickey Moniak

Mickey Moniak was your selection as the #7 prospect in the Phillies’ organization.

Moniak received 53 of the 199 votes cast (26.63%).  He edged JoJo Romero who received 51 votes (25.63%).  Enyel De Los Santos received 28 votes (14.07%), Jhailyn Ortiz received 22 votes (11.06%), and Cole Irvin received 11 votes (5.53%).  Sixteen guys shared the remaining 34 votes. Spencer Howard was your selection as the #6 prospect in the Phillies’ organization.

Howard received a dominant 156 of the 210 votes cast (74.29%).  JoJo Romero received 14 votes (6.67%), Jhailyn Ortiz received 11 votes (5.24%), and Mickey Moniak received 9 votes (4.29%).  Twelve guys shared the remaining 20 votes. Minor League Discussion: Week of January 7, 2019

Players will begin reporting to the Complex in Clearwater this week or next.  Some will be continuing rehab from injuries sustained last season.  Some will take part in a job program with the city of Clearwater that allows them enough time to work out at the Complex.  Some will begin reporting on their own dime. Phuture Phillies 2019 Reader Poll #4 – Alec Bohm

Alec Bohm was your selection as the #4 prospect in the Phillies’ organization.

Bohm received 87 of the 238 votes cast (36.55%).  Luis Garcia (66 votes, 27.73%) was next and Spencer Howard (51 votes, 21.43%) filled out the top three vote recipients.  There was a significant drop off after that as the next eighteen shared the remaining 34 votes.
