You’re so into the draft and we always talk about how a draft class needs 3-5 years to really give it a grade, could you look backwards and assign a grade level to previous draft classes (for the Phillies and maybe some other teams who took players the Phillies could have or should taken over the players they took)? We all have opinions right after the draft but we’re all really just guessing based on what we’ve read but history and performance are the real answers. Btw, I still love the Phillies 2008 draft, and Worley got to the majors first (although just for a cup of coffee), but it sure doesn’t look as good as it did when we were optimistic about Collier (still has a chance but odds are diminished) and uncertain about Hewitt (very little chance of making it at this point).
