Jersey Shore rallied for 8 late runs to secure the win and pull within a half game of first place. Clearwater wasted a solid effort by Mavis Graves and remained in a tie for first place. The FCL Phillies came away with a one-run win to stay one game behind first place. DSL Red shut out DSL White.

Jersey Shore won behind solid relief pitching, 3 hits by Emaarion Boyd, and a HR by Leandro Pineda. Clearwater won behind 2-hit pitching and 3 RBI and a solo HR by Keaton Anthony. The FCL Phillies won behind solid pitching and 2 HRs and 4 RBI by Nolan Beltran. Both DSL Phillies teams were rained out.

Jersey Shore lost in ten innings to a walk off. Clearwater lost their third straight game and dropped into a tie for first place in their division. The FCL Phillies beat the division-leading Tigers, Starling Caba had a game. The DSL Phillies’ teams had their games suspended on Monday, rain. They both won on Tuesday, Red had 3 HRs, one by Jalvin Arias and 2 by Alirio Ferrebus. I haven’t decided how deep to go into DSL games this year.
