This is the re-running of the 2019 Reader Top 30 poll for the number twenty-nine prospect in the Phillies organization.
I have set aside the result from the poll that ran yesterday. The outcome was influenced by obvious ballot box stuffing. As has happened before, the total votes cast rose well above 300 when we are normally not exceeding 200; and a kid who had received only one vote in five of seventeen polls he was a choice vaulted to over 200 votes received.
I’m not awarding the position to the second place finisher this time because I inadvertently left the poll results viewable during the vote and that may have influenced the outcome.
So, let’s try this again.
