    Jeremy Hamilton hit home runs in consecutive games on July 16 and 17. The Phillies prospect has scored at least one run and collected at least one RBI in his last four games. With his impressive offensive week he was able to raise his on-base percentage by more than 30 points and his slugging percentage by more than 50 points.
