Yesterday seemed to go well, so we’ll follow suit today. Quick recap of yesterday’s action
Lakewood lost 3-1.
Clearwater won 9-3.
Reading lost 3-0.
Lehigh Valley won 6-5.
Here’s a look at today’s action, as 3 of 4 teams play with Lehigh Valley having the day off

Looks like Harman has been struggling.
Nice outing by Carrasco!

Should be another interesting night for the Phils prospects on the mound. Last night the best AAA starter, Happ, was widely out pitched by Carlos Carrasco, the ace at AA. Tonight it will be the consensus pre season No. 1 at high A, Savory vs. the undisputed best Low A stopper, Naylor. Should be another interesting night of baseball on the radio.

Another 2B for Marson…looks like he’s getting some decent gap power which is huge for him…he’s slugging .425 right now. Also a very solid outting for Carrasco, 7IPs, 0 runs, 9 Ks and just 2 BBs

Outman has a 1.35 ERA in 7 relief appearances…might have been a good call by Gillick to switch him.

I don’t think the Phillies make any moves for another month barring injuries. I still think Madson should be the one to go and not Condrey. I just have lost faith in Madson this yr. WOuld Cleavland or Detriot be interested?

Another tough break for Michael Durant last night:
Michael Durant, who leads Lakewood in home runs with 10, stumbled as he neared second base on a foul ball, and fell to the ground. He injured his ankle, the same one that he broke two years ago when he only played 11 games for the Phillies team in the Gulf Coast League

VERY glad to see Savery’s performance tonight. I listened in on the internet, and besides the one solo home run allowed he was fantastic.

Savery’s gonna be fine…he’s still a very raw pitcher for a college guy
