Two wins, two losses Tuesday night. Lehigh Valley got crushed although two position players gave up an 11-run ninth inning. Reading came from behind to post a win, Jersey Shore cruised, and Clearwater didn’t get the memo that leadoff walks always score.

Triple-A Lehigh Valley and High-A Jersey Shore each eked out one-run victories, Clearwater posted a lop-sided victory, and Reading lost big. George Klassen had a perfect game until a leadoff double in the fifth as a Thresher.

The IronPigs were rained out Friday for the fourth consecutive game. They haven’t played since Sunday and will play two tomorrow. Mick Abel was scheduled to pitch one game today before Friday’s rainout.
