Lehigh Valley won, Scott Kingery hit 2 more HRs.  Kingery leads all our minor leaguers with 13 bombs.  Reading got HRs from Carson Taylor and Kendall Simmons but lost by one run.  Jersey Shore lost in ten innings to a walk off.  Clearwater lost their third straight game and dropped into a tie for first place in their division.  The FCL Phillies beat the division-leading Tigers, Starling Caba had a game.  The DSL Phillies’ teams had their games suspended on Monday, rain.  They both won on Tuesday, Red had 3 HRs, one by Jalvin Arias and 2 by Alirio Ferrebus.  I haven’t decided how deep to go into DSL games this year.

Lehigh Valley staved off a ninth inning rally to win.  Reading blew a lead in the seventh.  Jersey Shore was shutout on 2 hits.  Clearwater was outscored 6-2 in the final two innings.  The FCL Phillies don’t play on Sundays.  The DSL Phillies’ teams start Monday.  The transactions log is flooded with DSL roster moves and assignments.

Lehigh Valley won in ten innings on a 2-run single by David Dahl.  Reading held Hartford to one run, Robert Moore hit 2 HR one a grand slam.  Jersey Shore opened a big early lead and coasted to victory, Leandro Pineda had 4 hits and 4 RBI.  Clearwater was one-hit in a key division loss, Mavis Graves and 2 relievers combined to strike out 15 batters.  The FCL Phillies were two-hit but won on the strength of Yemal Flores 3-run HR.

Lehigh Valley and Reading lost.  Jersey Shore won as Eiberson Castellano struck out 13 of the 17 outs he recorded.  Clearwater won in a walk-off, George Klassen tossed four scoreless innings.  The FCL Phillies lost by a run to the worst team in the FCL.
