  1. Aiden Miller is about to turn 20. He’s only 6 months younger than Justin Crawford. I know the kid’s playing 20 miles from home, but maybe it’s time to jump him to Jersey Shore? Brito and Bergolla can move around the infield.

  2. Does anyone think the Phils should/could put a package together to trade for reliever Mason Miller?

    1. Yes….but not an elaborate prospect laden package……like it or not, Miller’s arm is a ticking time bomb thanks to a UCL sprain rehabbed without Tommy John surgery and he has a total of 50 innngs pitched in his big league career. He could be a risky venture.

  3. I try really hard not to get too excited about prospects at the lower levels, but, boy, Aidan Miller is really testing that. Today’s comments by Steve Potter: “Nineteen year old Clearwater Threshers shortstop Aidan Miller leads the Florida State League (amongst qualified players –  2.7 plate appearances per team game played) in slugging percentage (.578), is second in OPS (.989) and third in batting average (.337)  – a highly respected observer of the league recently told me that Aidan is the best player he’s seen in the entire loop to date – high praise but well deserved.”
