The Phillies released RHP P.J. Walters and signed free agent RHP Dustin McGowan (he’s been added to the 40-man roster).
Phillies/Iron Pigs released SS Tyler Greene.
Phillies/Reading released LHP Austin Wright.
Phillies/Threshers released RHP Aaron Baker.
Phillies/BlueClaws released RHPs Jon Prosinski and Frank Rivas.
Phillies/GCL Phillies released RHP Dan Child.
Phuture Phillies 
Aaron Baker really I thought he looked promising .Austin Wright too then we go young again and sign Dustin McGowan 33 yrs old. Give Garcia a chance.

Finally they sign a great pitcher, Mc Gowan era was only 5.79 era.

Actually, it’s even better. McGowan’s spring ERA with the Dodgers was 6.75 (in 8 innings pitched).
