I have avoided run-offs to this point but Jan Hernandez and Andrew Pullin cam in separated 64 to 62 with the next highest vote total at 15. So winner takes 27, loser 28 and we continue the normal voting on the last two spots.

Our first runoff on the year. I went with Pullin.

Hernandez based solely on reports and upside. Can’t go wrong with either guy.

Went with Hernandez for the same reason.

Went again with Pullin. He can play outfield or second base. He hit very well in his first year, but his concentration was especially on second base last year. I think he’ll get back to hitting this year. I like Hernandez, but he will have to show more than he did last year. He has the tools to play short or third. He hasn’t shown he can hit. Let’s see how things go this year. He may repeat the GCL. I’ll vote next for Hiciano, who showed power and a hit tool last year at Williamsport.
