Today we round out the top 20, and then head for the final third of the list. After we finish the top 30, I’ll be working on some general stuff leading up to me sharing my top 30. As I have mentioned in the past, over the last few months I’ve developed a system to rank prospects not just on the Phillies, but throughout the entire minor leagues, and my system works without bias. It’s far from perfect, but it’s a start. I’ll share more details on that later, I’m still processing data and inputing it into the system, it’s not close to ready yet, so it will be a while. Anyway, on to #20
