Box Score Recap 7-8-2012

Reposting with the screenshots now.  Can I just say that Albert Cartwright is feelin’ it at the plate right now.  15 hits in 10 games, 8 for extra bases, (including 3 doubles yesterday).  He’s a 24-yr old in A+, so I’m not calling him a prospect, but impressive stats nonetheless.

Adam Morgan last two starts – 13 IP, 0R, 5H, 2BB, 16K.  His season K/BB sits at an even 4/1.  Hardly a platoon split to be found.  Also, Chris Serritella has a 3 game HR streak, and multi-hit games in 5 of his last 8.  Mashin’.

Box Score Recap 7-4-2012

Perci Garner with a nice outing.  Inconsistent this year, walking way too many guys.  But he’s put together some nice outings in between the very bad ones.  Anyone have velocity reports on him lately?

Box Score Recap 7-2-2012

Lehigh Valley won on a walkoff wild pitch, Tim Kennelly pitched a scoreless ninth in the Reading loss, and Aaron Altherr drew a walk-off base on balls in the 11th in Lakewood.

In normal, not weird baseball results, a good night from Adam Morgan, (he was due for one).  6 shutout innings, 3 hits, 1 walk, 7 Ks.
