New layout

Thoughts? The old layout was really starting to bug me because the categories were all jumbled together and it was tougher to navigate. The main column here is a bit more narrow, but I think it’s more visually pleasing. I have some other options, if you think this one really bites the big one, let me know and I’ll try something new.

  4. i had this layout for a day, and i really liked it too. my visitors thought it was great, but the ones who were still in the dark regarding firefox didn’t get the both side columns. I switched it back. I really need to learn custom CSS.

  9. I like the new layout. It could be a little wider still (most of us have widescreen computers these days), but the colors and fonts look good. One small suggestion – I’m not sure we need separate tags for rosters and game reports for each minor league team. Most of the game reports talk about roster movement as well.

  10. Yeah, I haven’t tagged anything under the game reports in a while. I could probably just remove that take. I also need to find some time this weekend to update the rosters links.

  11. Ok, I moved some stuff around. A couple things.

    I chose this theme because it allowed a sidebar on the left and the right, like the old theme, but it also separated the categories much better. On the old theme, for some reason it removed the boxes and just jumbled everything together.

  13. I like the new layout on safari, but the colors need a bit of work. white and pink arnt the phils style 😀
