I would say J.C. Ramirez, Jesus Sanchez, and Austin Hyatt would all be acceptable candidates to move up under normal circumstances. I would say Hyatt has performed the best so far, and would make the most developmental sense to move up. Unless they would tamper with the AAA starters , release some the past upside types , and advance Flande and another AA starter to AAA and advance Ramirez, Sanchez, and Hyatt to AA , (but perhaps having to rush some Lakewood guys or sign some no-hopers for Clearwater) the advance Hyatt option may be the choice.

He’s too old for A+ and it’s time to test him. But it might depend on how long they think Cisco will be out. If it appears to be a long term thing then Hyatt. If he’s only going to miss two starts then I’d throw Garcia into the mix.

Hyatt and Overbeck are the two guys at CLW that should be moved up so they can be evaluated at the AA level.

They could put Edgar Garcia in the rotation. They could also bring up JC Ramirez or Austin Hyatt. I am very curious as to who they think would be more effective at AA.
