He was the Australian WBC SS so the Phils have two good young middle infielders in the organization. But keeping Harman at Reading hitting a gland slam as he did last night proves little. Ozuna is just taking up a player developement spot.

Re: Donald… I think there are a two different ways to look at the prospect; They’re value to the organization’s medium/long term needs and value in the trade market. If Donald percolates to CBP, he’s going to have to be a utility man to play; barring injury to others. Also the Phillies just don’t have many potential replacements for Feliz, then J-Roll as of today in the system. Trade partners might see him as a solution to a specific infield position… which is where his trade value comes in.

If they keep Mayberry they can ditch Bruntlett and bring up
Ozuna as a way to add firepower to compensate for the pitching.
